Free upon request but must provide 48 hours notice in advance prior to booking: Domino table, 8 x 8 stand up white beach tent, dog crate (18 width by 24 length by 20 inches height)

Available services:

Early Check- in if available: $30

Late Check- out at 12 PM if no guest that night: $30

Late Check- out 4 PM full day if no guest that night: $50

10% discount on last-minute booking a night sooner if available.

Fees:

Domino table use: $5 per day, must provide 48 hour advance notice for table use

Pet fee $35 per pet per night, 2 pets max

BBQ Cleaning fee if used: $50

Cooler empty/ cleanout fee: $20

Refrigerator empty/ cleanout fee: $20

Lost/ broken TV remote: $50

Lost emergency lock key: $300

Dog-friendly with amenities available. Crate available upon request. (18 width by 24 length by 20 inches height)

Only 2 dogs allowed under 50 lbs

No cats or other pets allowed without prior permission.

Service animals are welcome.

If you plan to have a party or event, please contact the host prior to instant booking.

We receive notifications from exterior and Ring doorbell cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property.

The cameras are on both the front driveway and patio. We have access to recorded footage at all times.

The property is equipped with a highly rated Blueonics whole-house water filter.
